Total rehabilitation of this historic home in Dublin, VA.   This house was originally the servants’ quarters for the historic manor house next door.  It is now a completely renovated guest home, with a grand farm-style kitchen, two living/gathering spaces, two bedrooms and baths, and a new deck looking out to the acreage beyond.

This beautiful brick colonial home in Roanoke County was completely renovated and expanded to almost twice its size, with a new wing on the right side of the house and a Sunroom expansion on the rear.  The new wing includes a light filled master bedroom suite, with office, an enlarged living room, and a large garage/car showroom and man cave in the basement.  A new pool and outdoor lanai was built in the rear for family entertaining.  New exposed aggregate/brick walks, stamped driveways, and landscaping rounded out the project.

This stately older home in South Roanoke was completely renovated to keep with the needs of a contemporary growing family.  The home was expanded on the rear with a two story bump-out, to facilitate a new enlarged kitchen and a sitting/laundry room upstairs.  All the existing main level rooms were opened up to each other with large cased openings, for better flow, and updated with new floors and built in cabinets.  A new deck was built off the kitchen to connect the main level to the pool area in the rear.

This home in Roanoke County was renovated and enlarged for a growing family.  A three story brick addition on the rear allows for a stunning new kitchen, mudroom, upstairs bedroom, and basement kitchen and playroom.  Another two story extension includes a new vaulted dining room on the main level and screen porch below.  Extensive renovations to the existing house were undertaken as well, along with new exterior façade upgrades, hardscaping, and landscaping.

The center of this South Roanoke home was completely opened up to create a large kitchen and Family Room space.  Interior walls were removed and beams installed in the ceiling to clear out a jumble of closets and a bathroom to allow for this grand new space.

Renovations to this stately colonial home in Edge Hill included a new kitchen and conversion of an old screened porch into a stunning new Family Room.  The Family Room renovations were done several years prior to the kitchen upgrades.  Notice the glass cabinets in front of the windows looking onto the rear deck.  The home owner wanted to maximize the light coming into her kitchen, and these cabinets did the trick.

This already beautiful brick home on Bent Mountain was expanded with a new wing on the left side of the house.  The main level of the addition has a three car garage and new entry foyer.  The upper level is a complete Guest Suite, with two bedrooms, kitchen, full bath, and living room.  The old garage was renovated into a large game room with a bar.  The existing kitchen was completely renovated as well.

An outdoor patio was added to the rear of this country home in Roanoke county.  The patio is stained and scored concrete.  Natural stone walls define the edges of the patio.  An outdoor wood burning fireplace and seat walls make this an excellent year- round entertaining space.

A garage conversion into a spectacular Hot Yoga studio was the request from this South Roanoke home owner. The addition of an outdoor shower, meditation garden and finished patio has made it the envy of the neighbors.

This South Roanoke home was given a whole new outdoor living space in the rear yard.  A new retaining wall built into the back yard allowed for a generous amount of new patio space and room for a light filled addition.  The new patio and family room are connected by several large patio doors.  Back to back indoor and outdoor fireplaces allow year round entertaining.  A wood fired pizza oven completes the outdoor amenities.  A remodeled kitchen was also incorporated in the scope of the project.

This simple 60’s era ranch home was completely transformed into a craftsman style bungalow.  A spacious front porch was constructed with ipe flooring, tapered craftsman columns, and timber brackets. Cement shake siding was applied on the exterior along with all new exterior window and door trim.  Many important site improvements were also made, including a new front stair, retaining walls on the side and rear, and a new rear patio area.  Large skylights were installed in the kitchen ceiling to allow huge amounts of light into the kitchen and dining areas.

This classic colonial home was enlarged for a growing family.  A two story brick addition on the rear allows for a new Master Suite upstairs and a large Family Room and covered porch downstairs.  The kitchen expands into another addition to open up the entire back of the home on the first floor.  Extensive renovations to the existing home were also undertaken.  Great storage areas were created along with a large Mudroom with cubbies for each child.

This one story home in South Roanoke was expanded with a new wing on the left side of the house which includes a Master Bedroom and Master Bath, laundry room, and two car garage.  A second addition on the rear consists of a new family room.  The home was completely renovated as well, with a new kitchen, three remodeled bathrooms, and a basement office.

A one story addition was added to this fine old home in South Roanoke.  Included in the addition were a new Family Room, full bath, and new quarters for the Owners' three dogs.  The dogs even got their own wash room!  A new screen porch, connecting to the existing front porch, and a covered stair to the garage were also constructed.

We transformed an old and tired looking den into a stunning new Home Theater space.  Improvements include new cherry cabinets and trim, a new stone fireplace and timber mantle, a wet bar, and wide plank oak flooring.  Hidden behind the beautiful cherry cabinets is a dynamic home theater system, with surround sound speakers and a retractable movie screen.

Major improvements were constructed on to the back of this home in Roanoke County.  Included were a new vaulted screen porch, trimmed with clear cedar, with a fireplace and tile floor.  A new Teak deck was built, connecting the screen porch to the kitchen, family room, and master bedroom.  The pool deck was enlarged and resurfaced with crab orchard stone.  And a new fence and landscaping were installed around the pool area.

A complete renovation of a Smith Mountain Lake house for a large extended family.  Renovations of the main house consisted of all new windows and doors, a new screen porch, new bathrooms, a new roof and new board and batten siding.  An old garage was also renovated into a Guest House. 
Both structures were then connected with a pergola.

This project consisted of two additions as well as a complete renovation of an existing home in South Roanoke.  A rear two story addition included a new basement rec room and main level family room.  Attached to this addition is a beautifully trimmed screen porch, with back to back stone fireplaces and a built-in grill enclosure.  The second addition on the opposite side of the house consists of a new master bathroom.
