Butler

Description

This simple 60s era ranch home was completely transformed into a craftsman style bungalow. A spacious front porch was constructed with ipe flooring, tapered craftsman columns, and timber brackets. Cement shake siding was applied on the exterior along with all new exterior window and door trim. Many important site improvements were also made, including a new front stair, retaining walls on the side and rear, and a new rear patio area. Large skylights were installed in the kitchen ceiling to allow huge amounts of light into the kitchen and dining areas.
